Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order confirmation is received.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email to monitor your delivery.

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You may also track your order by logging into your account.
Multiple Orders
Orders placed under the same name and address may be combined for shipping.
If you prefer separate shipments, please contact us promptly after placing your order.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item:

The product must be unopened and unused

We will provide return instructions and promptly send the correct item once received and verified
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable:

Warm Weather Shipping
To preserve product integrity during warmer months:

Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged:

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
SKINN CAVE is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Packages delivered to the wrong address due to input error
In these cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and covering any associated fees.
Undeliverable or Refused Packages
Packages returned to SKINN CAVE due to delivery issues:

Will be processed once received and inspected

A $15 fee will be deducted for shipping and handling

Orders may be reshipped once additional postage is paid
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

Check around your property and with neighbors

Contact your carrier to verify delivery location

File a claim with the carrier if necessary
Once marked as delivered, SKINN CAVE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Holidays
Orders are not processed or shipped on U.S. federal holidays.
