Returns & Exchanges

At SKINN CAVE, we are committed to providing high-quality, professional-grade skincare. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are carefully managed to ensure safety, integrity, and optimal results.
We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery, based on the carrier’s confirmed delivery date.


To Be Eligible

Products must be:
 

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Returned with all seals, boxes, and protective wrapping intact

  • In resalable condition
     

Return Limitations

To maintain fairness and product integrity:
 

  • A maximum of three (3) individual items may be returned or exchanged within a 365-day period

  • Additional returns will not be accepted until this period resets
     

Shipping Responsibility
 

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as SKINN CAVE is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
     

Final Sale Items

The following purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
 

  • Products purchased during 30% off or major promotional events (including Black Friday/Cyber Monday)

  • Orders that include a Gift With Purchase (GWP)

  • Devices, tools, makeup, and supplements

  • Select professional skincare brands as required by manufacturer guidelines

  • International orders
     

Service Refund Policy

At SKINN CAVE, all services are performed with professional care, customized treatment planning, and professional-grade products.
Because treatment time, expertise, and resources are fully invested during your appointment, all services are non-refundable once rendered.

Satisfaction Support

Client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you have concerns regarding your treatment outcome, please contact SKINN CAVE within 7 days of your appointment.

While refunds are not provided for completed services, we may offer:
 

  • A post-treatment consultation

  • Treatment adjustments

  • Corrective care recommendations

  • A courtesy touch-up service when appropriate
     

Results vary based on individual skin conditions, homecare compliance, lifestyle factors, and treatment consistency.

Packages, Series & Memberships

Prepaid packages, treatment series, memberships, and promotional service bundles are non-refundable.

Unused services may, at SKINN CAVE’s discretion:

  • Be transferred to another eligible service

  • Be converted to store credit

  • Be transferred to another individual if approved in writing
     

Expired promotional services or unused sessions are forfeited and hold no cash value.

Return Process

To initiate a return:
 

  • Securely package your item

  • Include your:

    • Full name

    • Billing address

    • Order date or order number

  • Ship using a trackable carrier
     

Once received, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

Deductions & Fees

Approved returns may be subject to a processing and restocking fee of up to 10%.
 

  • Any free samples or promotional items must be returned unused

  • If not included, their value may be deducted from your store credit
     

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
 

  • Notify us within 48 hours for damaged items

  • Notify us within 5 days for incorrect items

We will provide return instructions and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Failure to notify within this timeframe may result in ineligibility for replacement.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

Orders returned due to delivery issues will be refunded once received and inspected.

A $15 fee may be deducted for shipping and processing expenses.

Allergic Reactions & Product Compatibility

Because every skin type and sensitivity level is unique, individual reactions may occur.

Clients are encouraged to disclose allergies, sensitivities, medications, and medical conditions prior to purchasing products or receiving treatments.

Product compatibility concerns do not automatically qualify for refunds or exchanges.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult your healthcare provider.

Rewards Program (LOVE Points)

  • Points earned on returned items will be deducted

  • Points hold no cash value and are non-transferable
     

Policy Enforcement

SKINN CAVE reserves the right to:
 

  • Refuse returns that do not meet policy criteria

  • Limit excessive return activity

  • Deny refunds on previously returned or used products
     

Products returned in used condition may be:
 

  • Returned to the customer at their expense

  • Or discarded upon request
     

Policy Updates

SKINN CAVE reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
