Advanced Reservations

• We highly recommend scheduling your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure your preferred time and treatment are available.

• ​An $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all facials and body services. 

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
 

• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the 10% of your appointment or forfeit of your deposit. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

• An $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all facials and body services. 

• Groups and bridal parties will need a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

• Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds. Please call or text us at 704. 941.6999 or email info@skinncave.com to reschedule.

 
Spa Arrival
We recommend checking in at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to ensure we finish as scheduled. 

Late Arrival
f you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Payment Types
We accept cash, cash app, zelle, venmo, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Processing fee will be applied for all card transactions.

Gift Cards
All gift cards purchased at Crowning Divas, LLC (Skinn Cave) are non-refundable and can be redeemed for services, products, or gratuities. They expire one year after purchase.

Spa Attire
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing. Please leave valuables at home, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.

Soft Voices, Quiet Minds
Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers while in service to have your focus on relaxing during your treatment.

Health Considerations
Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before your treatment. If you are pregnant or have high blood pressure, avoid any heat treatments. Skincare procedures and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs. Would you please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your Spa reservation?
Inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy, or special needs before your treatment. Some treatments are not suitable for certain conditions. We are not responsible for complications due to unreported health conditions.

Mothers to be
We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor before your spa visit.  We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Would you please allow Spa reception and therapists to guide you in selecting which treatments and services are most suitable for you during this special time? 
Consult your doctor before your visit. We offer specialized treatments for expectant mothers, but some services, including heat treatments, may not be suitable. We are not responsible for complications due to unreported health conditions.

Cleanliness
We are committed to cleanliness and sanitize all equipment after every use.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in service prices or gift certificates. You may tip at your discretion.

Loss or Damage
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

Product Returns
All gift certificate sales are final. However, we will accept returned products within 7 days of the date of purchase, if accompanied by the original receipt, for a refund of the purchase price. After 7 days, a merchandise credit will be issued only for unused, unopened products. Used and opened products may be exchanged for a merchandise credit for up to 7 days after the purchase date, after which products are non-returnable. 

Refunds
No refunds are provided for services.

Right of Refusal
Crowning Divas, LLC reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct. discretion to stop a service or refuse a service if the service provider feels unsafe, mistreated, or harassed (verbally or physically) by client or if the service is not appropriate for the client, depending on the client information provided at the time of consultation, medical history, injuries, or composition.

Prices
Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.

Satisfaction Guaranteed!
If, for any reason, we fail to meet your expectations with any of our salon or day spa services, please let us know within 24 hours of your service.

Minors

• Guests under 16yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

 

• Crowning Divas's policy is to require guests under 18yrs to have parental consent for bikini waxing services.

To enjoy your spa experience to the fullest, observe the Code of Conduct, act responsibly and be aware that common sense and personal awareness can help ensure your satisfaction, comfort, and safety, as well as that of others.
As a spa guest, it’s your responsibility to:

• Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns.

• Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit.

• Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.

• Use products, equipment, and therapies as directed.

• Engage in efforts to preserve the environment.

• Adhere to the spa’s published policies and procedures.

• Follow before and aftercare instructions.

 
As a spa guest, you have the right to:
 

• A clean, safe and comfortable environment

• Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason

• Be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect

• Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information

• Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the spa’s policies and procedures

• No-shows for online bookings will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
